I've found a new love for me

I've found a nation so sweet

I've found a home as peaceful as it could be

I've found a great Country,

Where natural disasters flee from thee.

I've found a home

Where religion is not joked at

I've found a dwelling place for all people, tribes

And a place of acceptance

I've found Africa Canaan land

A place filled with Africans milk and honey.

I've found a place filled with new hope, new dreams

With outrageous fulfillment

I've found a land where freedom genuinely exist

A home without the word illegal immigrant

A home heading to civilization

Where pure and natural talents actually exist

57 years

57 years Nigeria

Despite the turmoil of corruption you remain ever strong

Despite the incorrigible past leaders you remain ever great

57 years Nigeria,

Yet your flag still stand with pride

I pray for a nation where love, peace and justice reigns

I love my country

Kevin Hart's sex tape partner finds it 'distasteful' that the married comedian is cashing in on the cheating scandal

Montia Sabbag, the 26-year-old woman at the center of the Kevin Hart sex tape scandal, is reportedly upset that the married comedian is cashing in on the drama. Weeks after Kevin apologised to his pregnant wife, Eniko, for cheating on her, he officially announced that he was going on an 'Irresponsible' comedy tour in the US - which was clearly put in place to exploit the scandal resulting from his sex tape. Montia's attorney, Lisa Bloom however insists that they find Kevin using the scandal "very distasteful" because Montia is enduring social media hacks, death threats and slut-shaming. "This stuff takes a toll mentally and physically, and now with this tour it's like this whole thing was a joke," she said.

Davido releases statement and shared a video on the death of his friend, Tagbo

24 hours after the Lagos state police commissioner indicted him in the death of his friend, Tagbo Umeike, singer Davido, has released a statement telling his own side of the story. He also shared videos to back up his claims. According to Davido, when Tagbo started acting up after taking 40 shots of Tequila, he advised that he should allow someone drive him home but that Tagbo declined his advise. He says the videos show how they tried to get Tagbo help. Read his statement below

Skales lashes Eedris Abdulkareem

Skales has reacted to Eedris Abdulkareem's recent rants against several Nigerian musicians. The rapper recently called out Timaya, referring to him as an ingrate that forgets his root. Eedris also accused him of singing about himself and not adding value to people. Skales during a recent interview with Hip TV, described the rapper’s approach as wrong saying, 'big ups Eedris, i mean no disrespect but i feel like he’s going about everything immaturely. You are someone we look up to if you want to advice us, you don’t have to insult anybody because you don’t know what these people have done to bless other peoples lives'.
